Bizzy Lizzy Flourless Cookie Mix Recipes

Whole Grain Oatmeal Cookies
Follow package instructions to make your favorite combinations. Fruit or vegetables you use in the cookie must be pureed.
To make the cookie mix vegan, replace oil for the butter and 1/4 applesauce for the eggs. Do not use natural peanut butter when making the vegan style cookies. Follow all other ingredients as indicated on the package.
You must use all contents of the cookie mix to make one batch of any kind.
Carrot Cookies
- 3/4 cup pureed carrots or 6-ounce jar of baby food
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Pumpkin Spice Cookies
- 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin or canned pie pumpkin
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Aunt Sally Cookies
- 3/4 cup pureed carrots or 6-ounce jar of baby food
- 5 tablespoons molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 3/4 cup almond butter

- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter

Apple Cookies
- 3/4 cup pureed apples or 6-ounce jar apple baby food
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Our favorite Cheesecake Recipe, thanks to Martha Stewart.
- 7 (8 0z) Cream Cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons real vanilla
- 5 eggs
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add to cream cheese in mixer, beat 2 minutes or until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix 1 more minute. Add eggs, mix 2 minutes. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. At Bizzy Lizzy, we crumble cookies or brownies at the bottom of the pan and pour mixture over.
