1 1/4 cups milk
1 large egg
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup oatmeal (use old fashioned NOT quick)
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 pepita seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line 8-inch pan with parachment or use Demarle At Home non-stick silicone pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk milk, egg, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in oats, seeds, cranberries and raisins. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
3. Bake until golden brown around the edges, 30-34 minutes. Allow to cool.
