REPLACES
Simple Perfect Pastry Dough Page 80 of Cooking Simple with Sheila Rae
1 ½ cup oats
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cold cubed butter
2 tablespoon milk

In a food processor, place all but the milk. Pulse 10 times, add milk and pulse 6 more times. Press into pie pan. Fill with pie filling.
Pie baking cannot get any easier or delicious.
